Common use of Transition Workplan Clause in Contracts

Transition Workplan. a. No later than five business days following the Contract Effective Date, the Contractor shall submit to EOHHS, for its review and approval, a Transition Workplan which shall be used by EOHHS to monitor the Contractor’s progress toward achieving Contract Readiness, as detailed in Section 2.2.B below. The Transition Workplan must address all of the items listed in Section 2.2.B.1.b., at a minimum, for each Service Area in which the Contractor has contracted with EOHHS to serve Members.
