Readiness Review Overview a. EOHHS will conduct a Readiness Review of the Contactor that may include, at a minimum, one on-site review. This Readiness Review shall be conducted prior to enrollment of Members with the Contractor’s Plan, and at other times during the Contract period at the discretion of EOHHS. EOHHS will conduct the Readiness Review to verify the Contractor’s assurances that the Contractor is ready and able to meet its obligations under the Contract. EOHHS reserves the right to conduct an additional Readiness Review in the event that additional populations become managed care eligible. b. The scope of the Readiness Review will include, but is not limited to, a review of the following elements: 1) Network Provider composition and access, in accordance with Section 2.7; 2) Staffing, including Key Personnel and functions directly impacting on Enrollees (e.g., adequacy of Enrollee Services staffing), in accordance with Section 2.3.A; 3) Marketing materials, in accordance with Section 2.11; 4) Capabilities of Material Subcontractors, in accordance with Section 2.3.C.2; 5) Care Management capabilities, in accordance with Section 2.5.E; 6) Content of Provider Contracts, including any Provider Performance Incentives, in accordance with Sections 2.7.B, 2.13.D and 5.1.H; 7) Contractual Agreements with Community Partners, in accordance with Sections 2.5.F and 2.5.G; 8) Enrollee Services capability (materials, processes and infrastructure, e.g., call center capabilities), in accordance with Section 2.10; 9) Comprehensiveness of quality management/quality improvement strategies, in accordance with Section 2.13; 10) Comprehensiveness of Utilization Management strategies, in accordance with

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4.   • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • BUSINESS REVIEWS Supplier must perform a minimum of one business review with Sourcewell per contract year. The business review will cover sales to Participating Entities, pricing and contract terms, administrative fees, sales data reports, performance issues, supply issues, customer issues, and any other necessary information.

  • Program Overview Microsoft extends to eligible partners the opportunity to participate in the Program referenced above subject to these Program Terms & Conditions (“Program Terms”). Each entity participating in the Program is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant.” Participation in the Program is voluntary. The Program is governed by the Program Terms, which incorporate by reference the Microsoft Partner Network Agreement (as in effect between Microsoft and Participant, the “MPN Agreement”).   • Claims Review Report The IRO shall prepare a Claims Review Report as described in this Appendix for each Claims Review performed. The following information shall be included in the Claims Review Report for each Discovery Sample and Full Sample (if applicable).

  • Completion of Review for Certain Review Receivables Following the delivery of the list of the Review Receivables and before the delivery of the Review Report by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Servicer may notify the Asset Representations Reviewer if a Review Receivable is paid in full by the Obligor or purchased from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents. On receipt of such notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will immediately terminate all Tests of the related Review Receivable, and the Review of such Review Receivables will be considered complete (a “Test Complete”). In this case, the related Review Report will indicate a Test Complete for such Review Receivable and the related reason.
