Transitional provision reservations Clause Samples
A transitional provision reservation clause defines specific exceptions or conditions that apply during the transition from an old legal or contractual regime to a new one. In practice, this clause may specify which rights, obligations, or procedures from the previous arrangement will continue to apply temporarily, or outline how certain ongoing matters are to be handled during the changeover period. Its core function is to ensure a smooth and orderly transition by clarifying which rules remain in effect and preventing confusion or disputes as new provisions take effect.

If the agency worker was already a participant in the ▇▇▇▇▇ pension scheme before 1 January 2022 and the reserves are included in the pensionable salary/gross hourly wage at the time of creation in accordance with the regulations applicable in the relevant year, these reserves will be deducted from the pensionable salary from 2022 onwards, thus avoiding double pension accrual on the same part of the salary.
