Deduction and Transmission of Fee The Board agrees to deduct from the salary of any Employee who is not a member of the Association for the current membership year the full amount of the representation fee referred to in this ARTICLE, above, and promptly will transmit the installments so deducted to the Association. The Board agrees to deduct the representation fee in equal installments, as nearly as possible, from the paychecks paid to each Employee during the remainder of the membership year in question. Compliance with Audit and Reporting Requirements; Maintenance of Records A. Access to Services 1. Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.
