Transmission Delivery Service Implications. CNR Interconnection Service and NR Interconnection Service allow the Interconnection Customer’s Large Generating Facility to be designated by any Network Customer under the Tariff on the New England Transmission System as a Capacity Network Resource or Network Resource, up to the net CNR Capability or NR Capability, respectively, on the same basis as all other existing Capacity Network Resources and Network Resources interconnected to the New England Transmission System, and to be studied as a Capacity Network Resource or a Network Resource on the assumption that such a designation will occur. Although CNR Interconnection Service and NR Interconnection Service do not convey a reservation of transmission service, any Network Customer can utilize its network service under the Tariff to obtain delivery of capability from the Interconnection Customer’s Large Generating Facility in the same manner as it accesses Capacity Network Resources and Network Resources.
