Common use of TRANSMISSION PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

TRANSMISSION PROGRAM. The Transmission Program as approved by XXXX describes the Services which are offered by the TSO and which may be subscribed by the Network User. By signing this Standard Transmission Agreement, each of TSO and Network User acknowledges to have taken knowledge of the content of the Transmission Program.
