Common use of Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner Obligations Clause in Contracts

Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner Obligations. Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner shall cause the Transmission System and Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA. Transmission Provider or Transmission Owner may provide operating instructions to Interconnection Customer consistent with this LGIA and Transmission Owner’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner will consider changes to its operating protocols and procedures proposed by Interconnection Customer.
