TRANSPARENCY OF COSTS. 6.1. To assure value for money for Contracting Bodies, the Supplier must provide the Authority upon request a visible and transparent breakdown on an ‘open-book basis’ of the commercial cost structure of any price submissions provided through the Framework including during any Further Competition Procedure, including but not limited to the Supplier Margins. The commercial cost structure will be broken down to show the percentages of cost of labour, materials, logistics, overheads, profit and other factors affected pricing submissions.
