Common use of Transponders Clause in Contracts

Transponders. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, opening an Account, and making use of a NC Quick Pass Transponder, the Account Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify other participating toll facilities that accept the NC Quick Pass Transponder against all damage, loss, cost, expense, or liability that relates to the misuse or unauthorized use of the Transponder assigned to the Account.
