TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL. As between the Parties, Midstream Co shall make all necessary arrangements for the receipt, further transportation, and disposal of Producer’s owned and Controlled Product from the Receipt Points, to the Internal Transfer Points and ending at the Delivery Points.
