Common use of Transportation Improvement Program Clause in Contracts

The Project has been included in the metropolitan transportation improvement program by the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Louisville (KY-IN) Metropolitan Planning Area, in the State transportation plan and the approved State transportation improvement program to the extent required by 23 U.S.C. § 602(a)(3).
