TRANSPORTATION IN THE EXERCISE OF SENIORITY. 21.01 At the discretion of the Company the employee may, as the results of exercising seniority within the Seniority District, be provided with free rail transportation for the movement of household effects.
21.02 At the discretion of the Company the employee may, as the results of exercising seniority outside the Seniority District, be provided with relocation expenses as outlined In Article 6, items 6.3 – 6.12 inclusive, of the Income Security Agreement, for the movement of household effects.
