Transportation Policy for Deported Passengers. A deported Passenger is a person that has been legally admitted in one country by its authorities or has entered illegally, and subsequently the competent authorities of such country order the person’s expulsion to his country of nationality, either for immigration, political, criminal or judicial reasons. There is no limit to the number of deported Passengers accepted per flight.
