Transportation Schedule. Inmates will be transported by FDC vehicles to the Facility on a schedule determined by the FDC Population Management Administrator, at a rate of no more than 75 inmates per day, to achieve or maintain the Facility at a minimum of 90 percent capacity, except as provided in Section 14 of this Agreement. The FDC's Transfer Officer will identify inmates upon disembarkation from the vehicle and before relinquishing supervision and control of the inmate. Upon proper identification of the inmate, the Contractor shall accept and sign for the receipt of the inmate and their records and shall release the FDC vehicle timely.

Transportation Schedule. Inmates will be transported by DC vehicles to the Facility on a schedule as determined by the Population Management Administrator at a rate of no more than 75 inmates per day to achieve or maintain the Facility at a minimum of 90 percent capacity, except as provided in Section 13 of this Agreement. Inmates will be identified by DC's transfer officer upon disembarkation from the vehicle and prior to relinquishing supervision and control of the inmate. VENDOR, upon properly identifying the inmate, shall accept and sign for the receipt of the inmate and records, and shall release the vehicle in a timely manner.
Transportation Schedule. Service for this amends the previous contract, the amended Agreement is effective beginning August 1, 2023. FHATA Services under this agreement includes demand response general public transportation for eligible riders, Junction City/Grandview Plaza Fixed Route services during the days and hours in which the Fixed Route services operates, daily, Monday – Saturday, with the exception for those days when FHATA is deemed closed. FHATA provide “general public transportation” as defined by USC 49-5311 and 49-5307 grant programs. This service is provided on a first come first serve basis, and no prioritizing of rides shall be permitted.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or at any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of thirty-five cents cents) per mile (to a maximum of fourteen dollars or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare.
