Common use of Travel, Accommodation and Board Clause in Contracts

Travel, Accommodation and Board. for FIS Officials The Organiser is required to provide free accommodation and full board for the FIS officials and event support personnel from up to two days before the first official training to the end of the event, details of which will be confirmed during the inspection: - FIS Staff Representatives 1 - 3 persons in single rooms - FIS Technical Delegate 1 in single rooms - FIS Head Judge (only Xxxx & Pipe) 1 single room - FIS Judges (only Xxxx & Pipe) 6-9 in double rooms - FIS TA (Course Builder) SBXPAR/HP/SS/BA each 1 in single room - FIS TA (Snow-/Video-Control) 1 in single room - FIS Media Coordinator/Photographer 1 in single rooms - Timing/Data Handling Team 3 - 5 in single rooms - FIS (Implementation Team) 2 - 3 in single rooms - TV production team number of persons to be mutually agreed The Organiser is responsible for the travel costs and daily allowance defined in the ICR for the Technical Delegate(s) and Judges, as well as for the Technical Advisor(s). The duration of the assignment of a Technical Advisor will be agreed in good faith between the FIS Race Director and Organiser. In case of Park & Pipe Events FIS will charge a Global Fee for the Judges/TD daily fees and travel expenses according to the following table: Halfpipe CHF 22’000 Big Air CHF 19’000 Slopestyle with Overall Impression CHF 22’000 Slopestyle with Section by Section CHF 25’000 In case of multiple events (Big Air/Slopestyle) the higher amounts will be considered. In the case of transportation from / to the nearest airport for the above- mentioned FIS Technical Officials and other persons including their equipment, this is to be provided free of charge by the Organiser.
