Travel by Private Aircraft. When a private aircraft is used instead of available commercial air travel for the personal convenience of the Consultant, the reimbursement of transportation costs by private aircraft shall be reimbursed at a rate of 99.5 cents per mile up to the amount that would have been incurred by all Consultant employee travelers using common carrier transportation air fares. Documented aircraft landing and tie-down fees paid, if any, will be reimbursed separately, however, receipts must be provided.
