Travel Expenses and Use of Private Automobile. A. Reimbursement for mileage and certain other expenses will be provided to those employees whose travel is a regular and recurring part of their job responsibility. Use of private vehicles on authorized school business shall be eligible for reimbursement at the maximum rate authorized for such purpose by the Internal Revenue Service.

Travel Expenses and Use of Private Automobile. An employee required to travel by the district in a private vehicle shall be compensated for such travel at the maximum rate authorized for such purpose by the Internal Revenue Service. Employee requests for district business travel in a private vehicle must be approved in advance by the building principal or his/her designee.

The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Comprehensive Automobile and Truck Liability Insurance covering owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, with a combined bodily injury and property damage limit of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence; or separate limits of $250,000 for bodily injury (per person), $500,000 bodily injury (per accident), and $100,000 for property damage.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Each Party shall be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent.
