Access to Equipment and Facilities. 2.9.1 Employees or agents of Click! shall have escorted access to any I-Net equipment or facilities at a City or I-Net User Premises, subject to I-Net User's or City’s access and security regulations. These shall include, but not be limited to: Proper Picture Identification Click! Authorized Personnel List Restricted Area Access Provisions Accompaniment by I-Net User/City personnel Click! employees or agents, while on City or I-Net User Premises, shall comply with the I-Net User and/or City rules and regulations. 2.9.2 Upon request, employees or agents of City shall be given escorted access to areas at Click! locations containing facilities and/or equipment associated with the I-Net , subject to Click!'s access and security regulations. These shall include, but not be limited to: Proper Picture Identification City Authorized Personnel List Restricted Area Access Provisions Accompaniment by Click! personnel City employees or agents, while on Click! premises, shall comply with Click!'s plan rules and regulations. 2.9.3 City shall have the right to be present during Click! equipment testing, and during scheduled and non-scheduled Maintenance and repair activity. Access to Equipment and Facilities. 2.9.1 Each party shall comply with rules, regulations and restrictions which apply to the premises or facilities of the other party in which such party has installed its equipment. Such rules, regulations and restrictions may include, without limitation, the following: - Visitors may be denied admission unless they present satisfactory identification or are identified on an authorized personnel list, or both. - Visitors may be required to be accompanied by authorized personnel or be subject to other access restrictions. 2.9.2 MCI shall have the right to be present during any equipment testing, and during any scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance activity. Access to Equipment and Facilities. The association shall be entitled to use school bulletin board space, interschool and intraschool mail service, duplicating machines, e-mail, and school facilities for meeting and shall have access to District buildings and to bargaining unit members, using the normal procedures for appointment, provided that there is no disruption of the educational program or additional cost to the District. Each bulletin shall be signed by the Association official responsible for its posting. The Association will hold the District harmless for all liability and costs of attorney fees in defending the legality of this section.
Access to Equipment and Facilities. 8.2.1 Employees or agents of Integra Wholesale will have escorted access to any Integra Wholesale Equipment or facilities at a Customer or End User Premises 8.2.2 If Customer provides equipment and/or conduit space for Integra Wholesale Equipment, Customer will grant Integra Wholesale access to its premises for the installation, operation, removal, repair and maintenance of the facilities and equipment for the Services hereunder. To the extent access is outside the control of Customer, Customer will cooperate with Integra Wholesale in obtaining access to its premises or its End Users' premises to install, operate, and maintain, repair and remove such Integra Wholesale Equipment. Integra Wholesale employees or agents will comply with the State/Federal, End-Users and/or Customer access and security rules and regulations. 8.2.3 Integra Wholesale will provide notice to Customer prior to entering the Customer POP to install, maintain or repair any Integra Wholesale Equipment in connection with the Service provided. Integra Wholesale will only enter the Customer POP if escorted by Customer Operations personnel, unless Customer gives Integra Wholesale unescorted access. 8.2.4 Upon request, employees or agents of Customer will be given escorted access, for viewing only, to areas at Integra Wholesale locations containing facilities and/or equipment associated with Customer's bypass Service, subject to Integra Wholesale's access and security regulations. These will include, but not be limited to: Proper Identification; Customer Authorized Personnel List; Restricted Area Access Provisions; Accompaniment by Integra Wholesale personnel. Customer employees or agents, while on Integra Wholesale premises, will comply with Integra Wholesale's rules and regulations.

Customer employees or agents, while on XXX premises, will comply with ELI's rules and regulations.

These shall include, but not be limited to: Proper Identification Service Provider Authorized Personnel List Restricted Area Access Provisions Accompaniment by End Users/Customer personnel Service Provider employees or agents, while on Customer End User Premises or Customer Premises, shall comply with the State/Federal, End Users and/or Customer plant rules and regulations, including but not limited to safety and security rules. Upon request, (and predefined schedules) employees or agents of Customer shall be given escorted access, for viewing only, to areas at Service Provider locations containing facilities and/or equipment associated with Customer’s Service, subject to Service Provider’s access and security regulations. Access to Equipment and Facilities. (a) If any equipment or facilities associated with any Point of Supply or Point of Interconnection and belonging to a Party are, or are to be, located on the property of the other Party, a permit to install, test, maintain, inspect, replace, repair, and operate during the Term and to remove such equipment and facilities at the expiration of the Term, together with the right of entry to said property at all reasonable times in such Term, is hereby granted by the other Party. (b) Each Party shall have the right by giving suitable notice to enter the property of the other Party at all reasonable times for the purpose of reading any and all meters mentioned in this Agreement which are installed on such property. (c) If either Party is required or permitted to install, test, maintain, inspect, replace, repair, remove, or operate equipment on the property of the other, the owner of such property shall furnish the other Party with accurate drawings and wiring diagrams of associated equipment and facilities, or, if such drawings or diagrams are not available, shall furnish accurate information regarding such equipment or facilities. The owner of such property shall notify the other Party of any subsequent modification which may affect the duties of the other Party in regard to such equipment, and furnish the other Party with accurate revised drawings, if possible.

  • Access to Facility 13.1 Each Party shall ensure that its facilities are secured at all times. 13.2 The Customer shall permit and, if the land on which the Facility is located is not owned by Customer, cause such landowner to permit, the Distributor's employees and agents to enter the property on which the Facility is located at any reasonable time. Such access shall be provided for the purposes of inspecting and/or testing the Facility as and when permitted by this Agreement, the Code or the Distributor’s Conditions of Service or as required to ensure the continued safe and satisfactory operation of the Facility, to ensure the accuracy of the Distributor's meters, to establish work protection, or to perform work. 13.3 Any inspecting and/or testing referred to in section 13.2 shall not relieve the Customer from its obligation to operate and maintain the Facility and any related equipment in a safe and satisfactory operating condition and in accordance with this Agreement. 13.4 The Distributor shall have the right to witness any testing done by the Customer of the Facility and, to that end, the Customer shall provide the Distributor with at least fifteen working days advance notice of the testing. 13.5 Notwithstanding section 10.1, where the Distributor causes damage to the Customer's property as part of this access, the Distributor shall pay to the Customer the Customer's reasonable costs of repairing such property or, if such property cannot be repaired, replacing such property. 13.6 Notwithstanding section 10.1, if the Customer has been given access to the Distributor’s property, and if the Customer causes damage to the Distributor’s property as part of that access, the Customer shall pay to the Distributor the Distributor’s reasonable costs of repairing such property or, if such property cannot be repaired, replacing such property.

  • Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties.
