Travel Handbook. A. Matters not specifically addressed in the Article will be governed by the CBP Travel Handbook HB 5300-013A. B. The information contained in the Employer’s Travel Handbook will be consistent with applicable law, rule, regulation and this Agreement. C. The Employer will take reasonable steps to ensure the information contained in its Handbook is updated to reflect current travel laws, rules and regulations. Such steps will include providing NTEU (at the national level) notice and the opportunity to bargain over changes to the Handbook resulting from changes in law, rule or regulation in accordance with the procedures contained in Article 26: Bargaining. D. The Travel Handbook will be made readily available to employees through the Employer’s intranet.
