Travel Time and Mileage. a. When the Agency requires an employee to start and/or end the shift at a specific location other than their assigned location, and to travel from that site to other locations, the employee may claim the additional travel time and mileage beyond their usual commute as time worked. b. When an employee, at their discretion, schedules a work activity at the start and/or end of the shift at a site other than their assigned location, the mileage in excess of the usual commute may be claimed but the travel time is not compensable. c. This does not apply to employees who are assigned to more than one site and report to each of those sites regularly.
