Travelling and Motor Vehicle Allowance. Employees required to use their own vehicle on the Employers’ business will be given a log book to record the first 2,000 kms. This can be used as a tax deduction. Once the employee reaches 2,000 kms the Employer will reimburse the employee at the rate advised by the Australian Taxation office and varied from time to time by the ATO. Any agreement to a different form of reimbursement than that provided in this Collective Agreement must be recorded in writing and reviewed at the request of the Employee.

  • Motor Vehicle Allowance 5.1.1 Employees required by their employer to use their own vehicles for school business shall be paid an allowance of $0.62 per kilometre.

  • Vehicle Allowances Vehicle allowances for all distances traveled on Employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. The allowance shall cover distance to and from the employee's place of residence up to a total maximum of thirty-two (32) kilometers, only when the employee is required to have his vehicle at work for use in the performance of his duties. The vehicle allowance shall be thirty-eight (38) cents per kilometer. Ownership of a vehicle will not be considered a condition of employment.

  • Travelling Allowances (a) If the engagement is for a concert or rehearsal at a venue which is over fifteen miles from the recognised central point of the musician’s normal centre of employment, and alternative transport is not provided and paid for by the engager, a travelling allowance of 36p per mile shall be paid for all miles necessarily travelled on land in reaching, fulfilling and returning from the engagement. ‘Alternative transport’ shall not include the shared use of another musician’s car.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate.   • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core.
