Jury Service 44.1 Subject to this clause, Employees are entitled to leave and payment for jury service in accordance with the NES.
Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.
Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.
Jury Service Program This Contract is subject to the provisions of the County’s ordinance entitled Contractor Employee Jury Service (“Jury Service Program”) as codified in Sections 2.203.010 through 2.203.090 of the Los Angeles County Code, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit H and incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Contract.
Supervisory or Military Service It is understood service with the Armed Forces of Canada in time of war or compulsory military service, or service with the Employer as a supervisory employee does not constitute a break in the continuous service and shall not affect an employee's seniority rights.
Military Service We do not Cover an illness, treatment or medical condition due to service in the Armed Forces or auxiliary units.
Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.
EMPLOYEE JURY SERVICE (check one or more boxes) Contractors with original or amended contracts in excess of $100,000 must have and adhere to a written policy that provides its employees living in San Mateo County up to five days regular pay for actual jury service in the County. Contractor complies with the County’s Employee Jury Service Ordinance. Contractor does not comply with the County’s Employee Jury Service Ordinance. Contractor is exempt from this requirement because: the contract is for $100,000 or less. Contractor is a party to a collective bargaining agreement that began on (date) and expires on (date), and intends to comply when the collective bargaining agreement expires. Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.
Military Service Credit Permanent HMC employees who are veterans or their unmarried widows/widowers shall have added to their unbroken service the veteran’s active military service to a maximum of five (5) years in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
