If the Covered Product requires repair, You must obtain a proper repair authorization number prior to work being performed. We are not responsible for delay in service or loss of use of the Covered Product.
Depot Service. We will provide 2-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice. Shipping shall include any packing, insurance or mail/freight/delivery charges for the Covered Product to and from the depot service center selected by Us.

Depot Service means Service performed by TAM or an authorized agent of TAM in exchange for Customer's payment of the appropriate fee.
