The [treatment plan or data recovery plan] entitled [title] and dated [date] must be implemented prior to and in coordination with those actions that could disturb site(s) [list appropriate site numbers]. If such plan is not implemented before disturbance, this stipulation is not fulfilled. OR
TREATMENT OF ARCHEOLOGICAL SITES. When the identification efforts of a Secretary of the Interior Qualified Archaeologist, in accordance with 36 CFR Part 800.4, indicate that archeological sites are likely to be discovered during implementation of an undertaking, the CRD shall notify SHPO when ground disturbing activities are proposed as part of an undertaking, to include excavation for footings and foundations; installation of utilities such as sewer, water, storm drains, electrical, gas, xxxxx lines, and septic tanks, demolition, and similar. This does not include repair or maintenance of existing buildings or utilities.

  • Infectious Diseases The Employer and the Union desire to arrest the spread of infectious diseases in the nursing home. To achieve this objective, the Joint Health and Safety Committee may review and offer input into infection control programs and protocols including surveillance, outbreak control, isolation, precautions, worker education and training, and personal protective equipment. The Employer will provide training and ongoing education in communicable disease recognition, use of personal protective equipment, decontamination of equipment, and disposal of hazardous waste.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 11.1 The evaluation of the Employee’s performance will form the basis for rewarding outstanding performance or correcting unacceptable performance.
