Treatment of Personnel. Each party shall bear sole responsibility for payment of compensation (including applicable benefits) to its personnel assigned to perform that party’s obligations under this Agreement, and shall also bear sole responsibility for any applicable source deductions required by law in respect of such personnel. Under no circumstances shall the other party be considered the employer of any such personnel.
