Treatment of Underspends. 7.3.1 If, at the end of the financial year, there is an underspend on the Pooled Fund, in the first instance this will be allocated to any overspends in the Aligned fund. If there remains an underspend this will be then allocated to any overspends on the Co-Collaboration Fund.
