Common use of Tree Watering and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Tree Watering and Maintenance. District Manager or its Subcontractors shall regularly and adequately water all trees that are not watered by and irrigation system within the area described in Section A of this Scope of Work. Any newly planted trees may need to be watered more frequently. This work will be completed as needed.
