The Terms of Service. By clicking the box in the registration pages of the Services indicating your acceptance of the Terms of Service or transmitting a signed copy to us by other means, you and any entity you represent (collectively, "you" or “Subscriber”) are hereby agreeing with Trend Micro (“Trend Micro”, “we” or “us”) to the following Terms of Service. Important: the following agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Trend Micro or a Trend Micro Affiliate or Subsidiary is willing to provide the Services to you as an individual user or an authorized representative of an entity. By accepting this Agreement, you are entering into a binding legal contract with Trend Micro or a Trend Micro Affiliate or Subsidiary (each a “Trend Micro Entity”). The terms and conditions of this Agreement will then apply to your use of the Services. Please print this Agreement for your records and save a copy electronically. You must read and accept this Agreement before you install or use the Services. If you are an individual, then you must be at least 18 years old and have attained the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live to enter into this Agreement. If you are acquiring the Services on behalf of an entity, then you must be properly authorized to represent that entity and to accept this Agreement on its behalf. We reserve the right from time to time to enhance, reduce, modify, or discontinue the Services and to impose new or different conditions on their use. We may change or update these Basic Terms of Service at any time by posting the changes or the updated Basic Terms of Service on the Trend Micro website, and it is your responsibility to routinely review the Basic Terms of Service from time to time. Your use of the Services after changes or updates to the Basic Terms of Service are posted on Trend Micro’s website shall constitute your acceptance of the Basic Terms of Service as modified to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall modify this Agreement accordingly. Under applicable standards, your Organization and each organization in a Profile in your account must be re-authenticated at periodic intervals in order for you to continue to use the SSL Services.   • Terms of Service In a Cloud environment, Red Hat’s Software Subscriptions may provide you with access to the Software and associated maintenance (updates, upgrades, corrections, security advisories and bug fixes), if and when available, in the form of software images intended to be deployed as virtual instances. Payments to Red Hat for Software Subscriptions do not include any fees that may be due to the Vendor for the Vendor’s Cloud services. Red Hat is not a party to your agreement with the Vendor and is not responsible for providing access to the Vendor’s Cloud or any other obligations of the Vendor under such agreement. The Vendor is solely responsible and liable for the Vendor’s Cloud. You may use the Services only for your own internal use within the Vendor’s Cloud. Use of the Software Subscription other than as set forth herein, including either access to the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor Cloud will be subject to additional fees as set forth in Section 5 below.

  • Levels of Service There are three (3) levels of service available. The Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) determines the level of service needed, with input from the Customer and the Contractor.   • Conditions of Service (1). The Dallas County Community College District Dual Credit program falls under Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Rule 19 TAC §§ 4.81-4.85, “Dual Credit Partnerships Between Secondary Schools and Texas Public Institutions of Higher Education.” Services under this Agreement are limited exclusively to Dual Credit for a tuition scholarship for approved Dual Credit courses (Attachment B). For Dual Credit scholarship see 4.K.1 of this Agreement.

  • Use of Services Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before you actually do so, and you use Mobile Banking in accordance with any online instructions posted on our website. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your wireless device and the Mobile Banking software ("Software") required to use the Service. The Software is provided by a service provider not affiliated with the Credit Union and you are solely responsible for entering a license agreement to use the software. We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking service, the Software or your wireless device. You may experience technical or other difficulties related to the Mobile Banking service that may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other Mobile Banking service interruptions. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings in connection with your use of the Mobile Banking service.
