Trial Session. In order to accept an offer for free or discounted access for sample session(s) relating to subsequent access to a Paid Online Service (each a "Trial Session"), you must provide one or more Payment Methods, and by providing one or more Payment Methods in association with such offer, you authorize us to charge you, upon the expiration of the period of 7 days after you have accessed every such Trial Session ("7-day Period"), through any Payment Method associated with your Body & Brain account for the full fees and any applicable taxes for such Paid Online Service, as specified in the Purchase Order, unless you cancel the Paid Online Service before the end of the 7-day Period by sending a notice of cancellation using the contact information in the email of the Purchase Order.

  • Trial Service Period 1. Except for those employees in an in-training appointment, all other employees with permanent status who are promoted, or who voluntarily accept a transfer or demotion into a job classification for which they have not previously attained permanent status, will serve a trial service period of six (6) consecutive months. The Employer may extend the trial service period to no more than twelve (12) consecutive months, provided the employee is given written, performance based reasons for the extension. The Employer agrees to notify the employee when it intends to extend the trial service period beyond six (6) months. The employee may choose to notify the union.

  • Emergency Escalation initiated by ICANN Upon reaching 10% of the Emergency thresholds as described in Section 6 of this Specification, ICANN’s emergency operations will initiate an Emergency Escalation with the relevant Registry Operator. An Emergency Escalation consists of the following minimum elements: electronic (i.e., email or SMS) and/or voice contact notification to the Registry Operator’s emergency operations department with detailed information concerning the issue being escalated, including evidence of monitoring failures, cooperative trouble-­‐shooting of the monitoring failure between ICANN staff and the Registry Operator, and the commitment to begin the process of rectifying issues with either the monitoring service or the service being monitoring.
