Common use of Trials Clause in Contracts

Trials. From time to time we may offer a trial membership that includes access to the Juno platform during the trial period (a “Trial”). The Benefits, content and features available during your Trial may differ from those available during subsequent Subscription Cycles. Trials will have the duration and price communicated at the time you sign up. Unless otherwise communicated, a Trial begins at the moment of sign up (even if you choose not to use your first Benefit until a later date) and ends at 11:59pm local time on the last day of your Trial (for a one-week trial, this would be the same weekday of following week). If you cancel your Trial, your cancellation will be processed and your Trial period will end immediately, your Juno Points will expire, and your upcoming reservations/orders will be cancelled, unless we communicate otherwise. Each Trial will automatically convert to a regular monthly subscription and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the Trial. Customers that cancel and do not convert to a regular subscription may not use any Benefits after the end of the Trial period (even if booking occurred before the end of the applicable Trial period). Trials, discount offers, and promotions (collectively “Offers”) may be redeemed as described in the specifics of the promotion and may be subject to additional or different terms. Unless we expressly communicate otherwise, Offers are not transferable, may not be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash and are void where prohibited. You understand and agree that unless we expressly communicate otherwise, Trials are available only to new users that have never had a Juno account before and there is only one Trial permitted per credit card or payment method and it is a violation of these Terms to sign up for a Offers if you have signed up for an account or Trial in the past or to have more than one account or trial at the same time. Juno reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for an Offer. If in our discretion we believe you are not eligible for a Trial, we reserve the right to prevent you from signing up for a Trial or to terminate your promotional subscription. If we terminate your Offers because you have violated these Terms, you understand that you will not be eligible for a refund.

Juno reserves We reserve the right, in its our absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for an Offer. If in our discretion we believe you are not eligible for a Trial, and, subject to applicable laws, to withdraw or to modify a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the greatest extent permitted under the law. For some Trials, we reserve will require you to provide your payment details to start the right Trial. At the end of such Trials, we may automatically start to prevent charge you from signing up the applicable fees on the first day following the end of the Trial, on a recurring monthly basis. By providing your payment details in conjunction with the Trial, you agree to this charge using such payment details. If you do not want this charge, you must cancel the applicable paid subscription through your account’s subscription page or terminate your account before the end of the Trial. If you do not want to continue to be charged on a recurring monthly basis, you must cancel the applicable paid subscription through your account’s subscription page or terminate your account before the end of the recurring monthly period. Paid subscriptions cannot be terminated before the end of the period for which you have already paid, and except as expressly provided in this Agreement, we will not refund any fees that you have already paid. If the trial consists of access to a beta model, you acknowledge that the beta model has not been fully developed and may be subject to defects that would be unacceptable in a fully developed version. You agree that the license granted under a beta trial is without warranty of any nature, including the implied warranties of fitness for a Trial or particular purpose and merchantability, as well as non-infringement, and any other warranty. Beta users have no claim whatsoever against us for any reason whatsoever with respect to terminate your promotional subscriptiontheir use of the Services in connection with a beta trial. For example, if You are not eligible for a Trial, we reserve paying with Monthly Billing from 14th to 14th of each month and terminate the right to prevent you from signing up for a Trial or to terminate your promotional subscription. If we terminate your Offers because you have violated these Terms, you understand that you Subscription on the 13th of one month You will not be eligible billed on the 14th of that month for the next Billing Period. In case of non-payment for any reason or any violation of this Customer Agreement, WeSolve shall be entitled - without liability - to immediately bar access to the Service and/or parts of the Service and/or bar access to paid Subscriptions, and/or to terminate a refundSpace You are in control of.
