TRIP ROSTER Sample Clauses

The TRIP ROSTER clause defines the list of individuals who are authorized or scheduled to participate in a specific trip or travel event. It typically requires the organizing party to provide names and relevant details of all participants by a certain deadline, and may specify procedures for updating the roster if changes occur. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of who will be involved in the trip, facilitating logistical planning, compliance with safety or legal requirements, and clear communication.
