Trunking Requirements. 3.3.1 Trunk Groups dedicated to the exchange of Authorized Services will be established between the Parties’ switches. WSP-to-AT&T-21STATE traffic, on such Trunk Groups, that is exchanged pursuant to this Agreement, must be restricted to NPA-NXXs residing in AT&T-21STATE End Office Switches or other End Office Switches sub-tending the AT&T-21STATE Tandem Switch.
