Trustee Access to Allocation Report. Upon completion of the Allocation Report, and prior to commencing formal settlement negotiations (which will begin after the Trustees issue demand letters), the Trustees will have access to the Allocation Report, which will include the specific allocation for parcels and PRPs and supporting, non-confidential materials for purposes of verifying the allocation and to support entry of the Consent Decree.
