TSS visa. For a TSS visa application in connection with this Agreement, an Oversea Worker has sufficient English language skills that are suitable to perform the Nominated Occupation if: • they demonstrate an IELTS overall test score of at least 5.0 (or equivalent) with a minimum component score of score of 4.0 (or equivalent); or ENS and SESR visas For a ENS or SESR visa application in connection with this Agreement, an Oversea Worker has sufficient English language skills that are suitable to perform the Nominated Occupation if:: • they demonstrate an IELTS overall test score of at least 5.0 (or equivalent) with a minimum component score of score of 4.5 (or equivalent). Item 3 Age The Sponsor may only Nominate an Overseas Worker for a SESR or ENS visa who is under 50 years of age at the time of visa application lodgement. Schedule 5 Variation of sponsorship obligations‌ Item 1 Obligation to cooperate with inspectors The obligation in regulation 2.78 of the Migration Regulations applies and is not varied.
