Tuition Bursaries. a) Tuition Bursaries for the full value of full-time or part-time credit-course tuition (excluding incidental fees) shall be awarded to those who meet the eligibility criteria and conditions for Tuition Fee Exemptions (above) and who have achieved a 70% average on admission (for new students) or on the last academic year in which the student was enrolled (returning students).
