Common use of Tuition Fee Waivers Clause in Contracts

Tuition Fee Waivers. A tuition fee waiver shall be defined as a tuition free credit granted by a higher education institution to a teacher as compensation or appreciation for assisting with the student teaching program. When the tuition fee waiver forms are received from the institution of higher education by the school district, the Executive Director of Human Resources/TLE shall forward the fee waiver form to the respective supervising teacher. He/she may utilize the tuition fee waiver or make it available to another member of the certified teaching staff.
