Tuition for ER&D Programs. A teacher who successfully completes, with a passing letter grade, any of OCFT taught ER&D programs through the Oregon City Schools shall have the entire tuition reimbursed.

  • Compensation for Employees Employees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step or flat rate assigned to the class in which they are employed.

Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
