- TUITION-FREE ATTENDANCE OF UNIT MEMBERS' CHILDREN. Non-resident bargaining unit members who qualify may enroll their natural, adopted, and custodial children in the District's K-12 schools tuition free. Actual placement will be on a first come, first served, space available basis except that once enrolled, the given children will have first priority for re-enrolling the following year. The Superintendent or his/her designee will respond in writing to the requests by July 1 of the given year.
