- TUITION-FREE ATTENDANCE OF UNIT MEMBERS' CHILDREN. Non-resident bargaining unit members may enroll their natural, adopted (by court order) and custodial (by court order) children in the district’s schools tuition free provided they have not been suspended or expelled from any public or private school. The conditions under which the students may enroll are as follows:
