This gives our families about a week to review the statement and inquire about any questions they may have on the statement. Adjustments to statements must be made within 3 months and credit balances used within two years.

Statements will be viewable by only those who have signed the tuition contract. Please review the online statement regularly as paper statements are not mailed.

Tuition payments are due on the first of the month if you have selected to pay monthly, and on the first and the fifteenth if semi-monthly. The EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is processed on the on the first and fifteenth; in the event the first or fifteenth falls on a weekend or holiday, the EFT may be processed the weekday before. An EFT that is declined or returned will result in the 3% EFT discount being charged back.
