TUMF Reimbursement. If the dollar amount of the Actual Credit exceeds the TUMF Obligation, Developer will be deemed to have fully satisfied the TUMF Obligation for the Project and may apply for a reimbursement agreement, to the extent applicable, as provided in Section 14.6 of this Agreement. AGENCY shall provide Developer written notice of the determinations that AGENCY makes pursuant to this section (see Exhibit “F” - Example “B”).
