Tunnel allowance. (Limited application β see paragraph 11 of the protocol of signature dated 20 December 2011) A monthly tunnel allowance shall be paid to an employee who continuously works in underground rock tunnels or other, similar underground equipment shelters for a minimum of six hours per day and a minimum of 12 days per calendar month. If the duties of the person concerned change such that he or she no longer works in the above-mentioned conditions, the allowance shall be discontinued.
