Turnaround defined. A turnaround period is the period of at least twelve (12) hours between the end of one (1) tour of duty and the commencement of the next tour of duty, or between the end of a call-back and the commencement of the next tour of duty, whichever is later.

Where the singular is used, it may also be deemed to mean the plural and vice-versa.
