Turning off Customer Supply. In general, this refers to the operator of the gas distribution network that does so. Where a disconnection warning has been issued to the Customer as per clause 28.2 (2), (3), (4), (5) & (6) the Retailer will provide the Customer with relevant information regarding available dispute resolution process as described under clause 39.3.
