Common use of Twelve (12) Month Probation Appraisal Clause in Contracts

Twelve (12) Month Probation Appraisal. During a represented employee’s twelve (12) month entry level probationary period (see Section 14.2.1), the City shall complete a performance appraisal on or about the end of the third, fifth, eighth and eleventh months of service. If the represented employee becomes permanent, the City shall complete a performance appraisal annually thereafter.
