Common use of Two Weeks Clause in Contracts

Two Weeks. Employees having five (5) years or more but less than ten (10) years of continuous employment as of their anniversary date, shall receive a vacation of two (2) weeks, with vacation pay computed on the basis of four percent (4%) of their earnings as hereinafter defined.
