Common use of Two Year Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Two Year Eligibility. If the Employer under Adoption Agreement Section 2.01 elects a two Years of Service condition for eligibility purposes, an Employee who incurs a one year Break in Service prior to completing two Years of Service is a new Employee on the date he/she first performs an Hour of Service for the Employer after the Break in Service, and the Employee establishes a new Employment Commencement Date for purposes of the initial eligibility computation period under Section 2.02.
