Type of Group Benefits Package for Employees on the Active Payroll. The Company will continue until December 31, 2017 the Group Benefits Package agreed to in the collective bargaining agreement of October 7, 2012, between the Company and the Union as summarized in Attachment A of that Agreement. Thereafter, the Company will provide the life benefits, accidental death and dismemberment benefits, disability benefits, medical benefits and dental benefits for eligible employees and medical benefits and dental benefits for covered dependents of eligible employees as summarized in Attachment A to this Agreement, effective January 1, 2018, as the Group Benefits Package and as further described in Section 16.2(a). The Company will provide access to the following plans on an optional basis: Supplemental Life Plan, Supplemental AD&D Plan, 10% Supplemental Long Term Disability Plan benefit, and Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Account Plans.
