Type of Notice. The Union agrees the bulletin board shall be used only for the following notices and announcements each of which shall bear the signature of at least one local officer: (a) Recreational and social affairs of the Union; (b) Union meetings; (c) Union elections; (d) Notices of mutual interest to the Union and County; and (e) Any other items in good taste.
