Types of Credit Availments. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Borrower may obtain credit from the Lenders under the Credit Facility through the Branch of Account by way of one or more Base Rate Canada Loans and LIBOR Loans. Any extension of credit hereunder by way of Base Rate Canada Loans or LIBOR Loans shall be in a minimum amount of $1,000,000.
Types of Credit Availments. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Borrower may obtain credit under the Facility from the Lenders by way of one or more Loans.

Subject to the terms and conditions hereof the Borrower may obtain credit from the Lenders through the Branch of Account by way of one or more Base Rate Loans, LIBOR Loans and Letters. Any extension of credit hereunder by way of drawdowns of Base Rate Loans or LIBOR Loans shall be in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 and in multiples thereof.

Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Borrower may obtain credit under the Credit Facility by way of one or more Bankers’ Acceptances, BA Rate Loans, Prime Rate Loans, Base Rate Canada Loans, LIBOR Loans and Letters; provided, however, that the aggregate amount of credit extended by way of Letters shall not at any time exceed $20,000,000 or the U.S. Dollar Equivalent thereof.
Types of Credit Availments. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof:
(a) the Borrower may obtain credit under the Credit Facility from the Lenders through the Branch of Account by way of Loans; and
(b) any extension of credit hereunder by way of drawdown of (x) a Base Rate Loan shall be in the amount of at least $1,000,000 or (y) a Term Benchmark Loan shall be in the amount of at least $3,000,000 and amounts in excess thereof shall, in each case, be in integral multiples of $100,000.

Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Borrowers may obtain credit under Credit Facility 1 and Credit Facility 3 by way of Bankers' Acceptances, Prime Rate Loans, BA Rate Loans, Base Rate Canada Loans and LIBOR Loans and may obtain credit under Credit Facility 2 by way of Bankers' Acceptances, Prime Rate Loans, BA Rate Loans, Base Rate Canada Loans, LIBOR Loans and Letters; provided that the aggregate amount of credit outstanding by way of Letters shall not at any time exceed US$10,000,000 or the Exchange Equivalent thereof.

Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Borrower may obtain credit under the Credit Facilities from the Lenders through the Branch of Account by way of one or more Loans and, under the RT Facility, by way of Letters provided that the maximum amount of credit outstanding by way of Letters shall not exceed $20,000,000. Any extension of credit hereunder by way of drawdowns of a Loan under the RT Facility shall be in a minimum amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Available Credit at the relevant time and (ii) $2,000,000 (and otherwise in integral multiples of $100,000 in excess thereof).

(a) the Borrower may obtain credit under the RT Facility from the Lenders through the Branch of Account by way of one or more Loans, Bankers’ Acceptances and Letters; and
(b) any extension of credit hereunder by way of drawdown of (x) Bankers’ Acceptances, BA Equivalent Loans or Prime Rate Loans shall be in the amount of at least $1,000,000 and (y) LIBORTerm Benchmark Loans or Base Rate Canada Loans shall be in the amount of at least U.S. $1,000,000 or, in each case, an integral multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof.
Types of Credit Availments. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof the Borrower may obtain credit from the Lenders by way of one or more Loans. Any extension of credit hereunder by way of drawdowns of Loans shall be in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 and in multiples of $100,000 thereafter.
Types of Credit Availments. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof:
(a) each Borrower may obtain credit under the RT Facility from the Lenders by way of one or more Loans, Bankers’ Acceptances and Letters, provided, at no time, shall the aggregate amount of credit outstanding in respect of Letters exceed $300,000,000; and
(b) Xxxxxx XX may obtain credit under the NRT Facility from the Lenders by way of one or more Loans and Bankers’ Acceptances. Any extension of credit hereunder by way of Base Rate Canada Loans or LIBOR (U.S.) Loans shall be in a minimum amount of U.S.$1,000,000, by way of Euribor Loans shall be in a minimum amount of €1,000,000, by way of Kronor Loans shall be in a minimum amount of 1,000,000 Swedish Kronor and by way of Prime Rate Loans, BA Rate Loans or Bankers’ Acceptances shall be in a minimum amount of Cdn.$1,000,000.
